LIFESTYLE ANALYSIS

As a first step, our coaches spend time to understand your current lifestyle which mainly involves your eating, drinking, and sleeping habits.

FITNESS ASSESSMENT

Next, you take a virtual fitness assessment, which our coaches analyze to understand your current fitness level and abilities. We believe that you can only improve what you measure; with fitness there are many parameters apart from body weight which can be tracked and improved over time.

Some of the key parameters that we track are:

2. Endurance
3. Flexibility
4. Mobility
5. Balance

WORKOUT PLAN

After your fitness assessment, a workout plan is designed for you keeping in mind your current fitness ability and fitness goals. No matter what equipment you have available, whether you are working out from home, at a gym, or in a park, our coaches will give you exercises that are possible for you to do.

NUTRITION PLAN

Along with your workout plan, you get a nutrition plan that serves as an easy-to-follow guideline. This nutrition plan involves a breakup of macros based on your daily calorie goal. Depending on whether you are currently in a calorie deficit or surplus, we make a personalized plan that fits right into your routine. We understand that making a radical shift in diet is not feasible for most people, so we suggest incremental changes to your diet, for sustained results.

PERSONAL TRAINER

The coaches at BurnCal are all certified from premium, high ranked institutes, and they come with a lot of practical experience from training hundreds of clients.

Not only do our coaches understand the science behind your body, but they are also trained to help you overcome the limitations set by your mind. Rather than focusing on short term goals like sudden weight loss or gain, our coaches are trained to design a better lifestyle for you where fitness becomes a habit.

FITNESS CHALLENGES

When you sign up to the BurnCal fitness app, you also get access to all our much loved BurnCal fitness challenges. These challenges are fun and engaging, and the best part is that our technology automatically calculates your scores based on your performance. Not only do you get to compete with your friends and family, but you can also find a spot on a global leaderboard.

WEEKLY LIVE SESSION

Once a week we have a live session for all our members where an expert coach guides you through a module of Strength Training, Cardio, Yoga, Meditation, and Breathwork.

You can sign up for BurnCal by purchasing an auto-renewing subscription through an In-App Purchase. (You cannot access the app if you have never subscribed, and youll stop receiving the benefits of our program if your subscription has expired)
